ORDERING & PAYMENT

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collection, select your desired items, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout, where you will enter your shipping details and payment information to complete your purchase.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal and Shopify Pay for a faster checkout.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. We use Shopify, a highly secure and PCI-compliant platform, to process all payments. Your financial data is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
A: Please contact us immediately at info@sniffbob.com with your order number and the correct address. We can only modify the address if your order has not yet been processed for shipping. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship worldwide! This includes the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, and many other countries.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location:

  • USA & Canada: 5-10 business days (Standard) | 2-5 business days (Express)

  • UK & Australia: 7-12 business days (Standard) | 3-7 business days (Express)

  • Rest of World: 10-17 business days (Standard) | 5-10 business days (Express)

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: We do not currently offer free standard shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order. We strive to keep our product prices fair and our shipping costs transparent.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Q: Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
A: For international orders outside of our home country, you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient. Sniff Bob has no control over these fees.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We have a 48-hour return policy. You have 48 hours from the moment you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached. You must also provide your proof of purchase.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sniffbob.com. Do not send the item back before receiving instructions from our team.

Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Q: What items cannot be returned?
A: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)

  • Sale items or gift cards

PRODUCT & CARE

Q: The product I received looks different from the website. Why?
A: We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, the color and appearance of a product can vary slightly based on your device's screen, resolution, and settings.

Q: How should I care for my Sniff Bob product?
A: Care instructions are included on the tag/label of your product. Please follow those instructions for washing and maintenance to ensure the longevity of your item.

A: We start processing orders quickly to get them to you ASAP. If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us immediately at info@sniffbob.com. We will try our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed, but we cannot guarantee it.
