1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment verification.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders placed after 12 PM local time or on weekends/bank holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations
We are proud to ship worldwide! This includes, but is not limited to, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship all orders via reliable carrier partners. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
The following shipping options are typical, but may vary by destination. All delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed.

4. Shipping Costs
We offer Free Shipping on orders over 50 USD to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia.
For orders below 50$, a flat rate of 6.99 USD applies.
Shipping to other international countries is available for9.99 USD.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location, typically between 7–12 business days. Customs or import fees may apply in some countries.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to see the current status and location of your package.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For all orders shipped outside of our home country:

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country once your package arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors and your local post office. If the package is still missing, contact us at info@sniffbob.com, and we will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@sniffbob.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Sniff Bob is not responsible for packages that are stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure you provide a secure shipping address.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. Please double-check this information before placing your order.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
If you realize you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at info@sniffbob.com. We will try to update the address if the order has not yet been processed, but we cannot guarantee changes.
