Returns & Refunds

1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30 Days return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original tags must be attached and intact

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products or special orders

  • Personalized items

  • Personal care products (beauty, wellness)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Intimate apparel for health/hygiene reasons

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sniffbob.com

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions

  4. Ship items to provided address using our return label

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • We provide a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns

  • Return shipping costs are deducted from refund for change-of-mind returns

  • We cover return shipping for defective/wrong items

  • International return shipping costs are customer's responsibility

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds processed within 10 business days of receiving return

  • Refund issued to original payment method

  • Please allow additional 5-10 business days for bank processing

  • You will receive email confirmation when refund is processed

6. Refund Amounts

  • Full refund for items in original condition

  • Partial refund for items with signs of use or damage

  • Original shipping costs non-refundable for change-of-mind returns

  • Return shipping fees deducted where applicable

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately at info@sniffbob.com within 24 hours

  • Provide photos/video of damaged item and packaging

  • We will arrange return shipping and full refund or replacement

  • Replacement subject to stock availability

8. European Union Returns
EU customers have 14-day right of withdrawal:

  • Return for any reason within 14 days of receipt

  • Same condition requirements apply

  • Return shipping at customer's expense

  • Refund processed within 14 days of receiving return

9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different item:

  1. Return original item following return process

  2. Once return is accepted, purchase new item separately

  3. This ensures fastest receipt of desired item

10. Return Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

  • Arrive after 48-hour window

  • Show signs of use, wear, or damage

  • Are missing tags or original packaging

  • Are not in resalable condition

  • Were purchased as final sale

11. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)

  • Contact your bank (processing time may vary)

  • If still unresolved, contact us at info@sniffbob.com

12. Sale Items

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

  • Exceptions apply only for damaged/defective items

  • Must contact us within 24 hours of delivery for damaged sale items

13. Gift Returns

  • Gift returns accepted within 48-hour window

  • Must provide proof of purchase/gift receipt

  • Refund issued as store credit or original payment method

  • Original shipping costs non-refundable

14. Return Address
