1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30 Days return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return:

The following items cannot be returned:

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Wait for approval and return instructions

Ship items to provided address using our return label
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns

Return shipping costs are deducted from refund for change-of-mind returns

We cover return shipping for defective/wrong items

International return shipping costs are customer's responsibility
5. Refund Process

Refunds processed within 10 business days of receiving return

Refund issued to original payment method

7. Damaged or Defective Items

8. European Union Returns
EU customers have 14-day right of withdrawal:

9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different item:
