All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation and payment verification. Orders placed after 12:00 PM local time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your orders. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the shipment date:

Standard Shipping:

  • USA & Canada: 5-10 business days

  • UK & Australia: 7-12 business days

  • Rest of World: 10-17 business days

Express Shipping:

  • USA & Canada: 2-5 business days

  • UK & Australia: 3-7 business days

  • Rest of World: 5-10 business days

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

  • Any applicable promotional offers

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Link to track your package

  • Estimated delivery date

6. International Shipping Considerations
For orders outside our home country:

  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees

  • These charges are not included in our shipping costs

  • Please contact your local customs office for information about potential fees

  • Provide accurate recipient information to avoid customs delays

7. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:

  • PO Boxes (Express shipping only)

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • Certain restricted territories

  • Addresses with incomplete information

8. Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts:

  • Carriers will typically attempt delivery 3 times

  • After failed attempts, packages are returned to local post offices

  • It is the customer's responsibility to collect packages or schedule redelivery

Lost Packages:

  • If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

    1. Check with neighbors and household members

    2. Contact your local post office

    3. Check all possible delivery locations

    4. Contact us at info@sniffbob.com if unresolved

Damaged Packages:

  • Inspect packages immediately upon delivery

  • Note any damage with the delivery driver

  • Contact us within 24 hours with photos of damaged items and packaging

9. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses. We are not liable for:

  • Packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • Additional shipping costs for address corrections

  • Lost packages due to address errors

If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at info@sniffbob.com. We can only modify addresses before orders ship.

10. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier processing times

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Incorrect address information

  • Peak holiday seasons

11. Multiple Shipments
Large orders may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. We do not charge additional shipping fees for split shipments.

12. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Order modifications/cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placement

  • We cannot guarantee changes once order processing begins

13. Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (November-December):

  • Order processing may take additional 1-2 days

  • Carrier delivery times may be extended

  • We recommend ordering early for holiday delivery
